St. Rose-St. Mary School

Dear Prospective Family,

Thank you for your interest in St. Rose-St. Mary's School! We are honored to partner with you in your child's education. A Catholic education fosters academic excellence by engaging the whole child—heart, soul, and mind—in the process of learning. Our students promoted from St. Rose St. Mary's continue to excel at their new schools.

At St. Rose St. Mary's, we offer the following program:
-Caterpillars: 3 & 4 year olds, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8-11:15 am
-Butterflies: 4K, Monday-Friday, 8-11:15 am with option to extend to 3:00 pm
-Kindergarten-8th Grade: Full Day; Full Curriculum

All K-8 grade students attend music and physical education classes twice per week. Our PreK students attend once per week. We have a full hot lunch and
breakfast program with free and reduced lunch  available. Our electives include Kids of Praise Choir for 2-8 graders and SSRM Band for 4-8 graders. We cooperate with St. Martins Lutheran and Clintonville Middle School athletics.

Our 7-8 grade classroom is a dream we hope will come to fruition for 2012-2013. We will offer a project base, cross-curricular approach to learning with emphasizes communication, leadership and ethical decision making. We want to offer you middle school student an opportunity to grow as a whole person while immersed in meaningful and engaging learning. The best way to ensure we fulfill our dream is to register your student. We will refund your deposit if we are unable open a 7-8 grade classroom. If you put a deposit down at another school for your student to hold a place and then opt to enroll a SSRM, we will deduct the amount of that deposit from your tuition.

I encourage you to fill out and return the enclosed registration form with a $50 deposit as soon as possible. Space in our classrooms is limited, and we want to make sure your child has a place. Forms are also available on our website at www.ssrmparishes.org

I like to meet personally with all new families. If we have not already scheduled a time to get together, please give a call at 715-823-4360.

Welcome to St. Rose-St. Mary's!

Sincerely,
Jennifer L. Wood
